I do not recommend. After confirming a ride 24 hours in advance, I texted the owner / called the owner after 10 mins late and he did not answer.
He eventually responded in a text “cars are down, not open today, sorry”.
This complete disregard for communication resulted in a missed medical appointment.

I wish I'd read the reviews. It appears that Dale is great when he decides to show up, but will otherwise leave you hanging. He gave me a ride at 1:30 today from a car dealership. I had to have my vehicle worked on and decided that it would be nice to ride some of the local mountain bike trails about 8 miles from the dealership. Dale showed up on time and gave me and my bike a ride. He was personable and professional. He dropped me off at my destination and agreed to pick me up at 5:00. Sure enough, when 5:00 rolled around, no Dale. I waited. And waited. The dealership closed at 6pm, and I was 45 miles from home. Dale knew this, but still left me hanging. Luckily, I was able to flag down a local guy with a pickup at 5:30 who agreed to bring me to the dealership. That restored my faith in humanity.
Don't do it, people. Dale will break your heart.
If I could leave no stars I would…no call no show despite confirmation 24hrs in advance. I don’t know how this place is in business with their horrible customer service and unreliability
Being a female I already get nervous traveling by myself. I needed a ride from VT to NH. He made me feel safe during our 2.5 hour drive and we had great conversation.
His prices are very reasonable and affordable. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this car service over others.

Owner was amazing! He picked us up when we were stranded in Montpelier with our four year old son and brought us all the way to hardwick, no questions asked and so kind! He absolutely saved us today!! Thankful and pleased with his service and kindness
I called asking for availability, told him where I needed to go and and he asked where I was I said in Barre then he said to "call him when I know where I'm at" and he hung up, rudest person I've ever called for a ride and would never recommend using them, maybe he's just having a bad day or something but no need to take it out on customers. another local taxi company got me instantly hooked up no hassle or rudeness.
A lifesaver. I was trying to get back to my school on a Saturday night and he was able to pick me up on such short notice to get me where I needed to go. Very kind and respectful. This will be the only taxi service I use from now on.
If you're going to use this taxi service don't expect to always be able to use them expect to immediately be sent to voicemail a lot the guy picked me up for my first few rides that I needed and then after my first few rides told me he was going to show up at a certain time never showed never called and then I try to find out why and possibly reschedule the ride and for the next three days every time I tried to call him to set up the ride it was immediately sent to voicemail I thought the guy was reliable and was someone I could call whenever I needed a ride I guess I was wrong so use this taxi at your own risk good prices but doesn't answer the phone all the time like a taxi service should
