Most staff are lovely and helpful ....get some things you want but not always got everything in stock that they sell needs to be better with that as its the local pharmacy now as lloyds has gone from precent......and also be willing more to order things customers want or need
What a great pharmacy! Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and they deliver too! Friendly atmosphere and they have built a covid vaccination hub!
Been using this pharmacy since the boots in quorn way closed. They won't let you know when your item is ready. And when you ring up they will say items are in stocks but you reach there to be told they are not. Staff always seems to be confused or misplace medicine . Something is wrong with this place.
Went for a pre-booked Covid booster. Terrible service, rude staff and was turned away with no explanation as to why, other than I was not old enough!!!. Turns out that they did not have the correct vaccine for under 65’s but they never told me that. Will not be returning.
Spoke to NHS Covid helpline. Very friendly and informative. They recommended Lloyds Pharmacy in Earlsdon. First class service from them. Shame on you Acorn Pharmacy.

A great pharmacy, with excellent staff and service second to none. If they haven't got what you need, it will be ordered almost immediately on request to pick up the next day on most products. Highly recommended.
Amazing staff working at the chemist, always so friendly and helpful. Very clean facilties especially the vaccination centre. Very well run, following all guidelines and a very professional process. Highly recommended to all. The staff really know their stuff.
