Found this place with a Google search. You'd never know it was here as it's on a mobile home park, however it is ok for "outsider's" to eat at. Great little cafe that does a really good breakfast. All cooked fresh with eggs how you choose, fried, poached or scrambled. Choice of Lincolnshire or pork sausage which I believe is locally produced. Beans & plum tomatoes come in separate little pots which is better than being slopped on the plate like some places can do. The owners are are chatty too.

Sausages from a local supplier, very tasty perfectly cooked all round.
Good coffee too.
All reasonably priced and good value.
A popular and busy place and it's easy to see why.
Normal business hours are:
09:15 - 15:00 Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays)
Open on bank holidays (in which case open on a Monday)
Family run business. Lovely people.
Well worth a return visit anytime.
Just had a lovely 'Big Kev' breakfast and it was spot on! Cooked to order, piping hot, friendly service with a smile and it was delicious.
ACORN CAFE is lovely. We ordered Ham, Egg and Chips, a Fruit Scone and an English Breakfast. Food arrived super-fast and was absolutely delicious - the pork sausages in particular were amazingly tasty. Excellent food and drinks, fabulous prices too! Will definitely be coming back .
Sited within Overstone Lakes caravan park this was a nice little cafe. Not sure if it is open to the general public or park residents only, but no one asked and no signage said either way. Great breakfast which was freshly cooked, excellent value for money and served by staff with good humour,. Would definitely visit again.

Now called The Acorns. Run by Julie and Jodie. COVID-19 aware with appropriate measures in place. Friendly, very clean premises with a good selective menu. Offering great value and service. Open every day except Wednesday. Open from 09:00 -1600. Highly recommended.
A quaint little cafe on Overstone Lodge serving no frills cafe food. Nice owner.
