They take time to give concern to your needs before your purchase
They've never followed me around but the middle aged gentleman is extremely disrespectful. The two ladies, Sue and Carol were very nice but the next time I went in they didn't recognize me and didn't offer the same good customer service that I received the previous time. I only patronize the establishment because it's extremely convenient. You pay for convenience. In one form or another.
Well stocked with a very helpful, friendly lady at the register. I was able to get everything needed for my newly natural hair care. She was so patient answering my 75 questions and guiding me around the store. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be back.
They DO follow you around but I mean if they've had people come in previously with ill intentions what do you expect? They followed me and I struck up conversation because I mean hey, if you're going to be with me while I shop might as well keep me company. I know I won't have to wait at the counter because you already know I'm ready. I've never had anyone be rude to me, I've always been greeted with a "hello" followed by a "thank you very much" I'm cool with that.

I only gave this beauty supply 1 star because you have to in order to write a review. The owners of this store is extremy rude and have the nasty f'n attitudes. I was the dumb one going back to this worthless store. The first time I went there and the women were there it wasn't a good experience but I gave it another shot today; big mistake. I don't see how they are still in business. They have the worst customer service and they never have anything in their darn store. I will stick to driving the extra miles to Jenny Beauty supply. They are always nice there and willing to help plus they have an abundance of options. Everyone stay away from ACME.
I’ve tried giving the store a chance, but every time I come in the store I’m automatically racially profiled! I’m followed around like I’m going to steal! I am not a thief! If you checking to see if someone is going to steal look at your cameras! My boyfriend and other family members have been treated as such! I will never go back to them again! Furthermore, I’ve seen owner arguing with customers! Highly unprofessional
Literally the rudest people in the world. Today as soon as I walked in one of the owners were arguing with a customer about a pin number. The owner insisted the customer was using a debit card when it wasn't. He didn't apologize just was really nasty towards the customer. Then shortly after I took my items to the counter but I wasnt ready to check out....and was rushed to leave the store to the point the rang up my items and had them bagged at the front waiting for me. How rude what if I wanted to put something back? When I asked if they could take items out the bag as I was still deciding on my purchases one of the owners said oh my god....I told him that was rude unecessary when I was a paying customer...the other worker then put my items in a basket and threw it to the floor....I left....literally every time I went in there I was treated poorly from watching me in the aisles to sarcastic remarks. Why go here when there are several others near by
