I’ve been using this garage for over 30 years and they have always taken good care of me, so I was a little nervous when I went to drop my car in for its MOT only to find out it was under new ownership. However I was pleased to discover they have kept the same level of friendliness and customer care. My car failed on a brake light switch but they got it sorted asap and through the MOT within the same day. Very happy and will stay with them for many more years to come.
Got me in for a MOT super duper quickly (yes I'm that person who leaves booking their mot in til the last moment)
Car failed (expected, fiat), squeezed me into the garage next door to have work done and then back in for it's MOT and passed! Mostly no problem, affordable and friendly.
Never at any point made to feel stupid or that I was getting mugged off for being a woman ????
Would stay away from these crooks. Charged me £200 for virtually nothing done... The car needed full service, but the only thing done was replaced oil (also viscosity and brand unknown). No repairs to suspension done, gearbox and differential oils not replaced, brake fluid too, although it's a must for a car with over 50k mileage and age. Asked to sort out knocks in rear and front suspension, blamed bad quality drop-links, but did not see shock absorbers falling apart, did not fix them, but charged for false diagnostics... Kept car for whole week, also promised to call back when chased, but never did.
We received excellent service from here this week. Great communication throughout and explained everything regarding the MOT result on pick up. Will be using again in the future.
Got my MOT done here, very professional very friendly, I was allowed to wait in the office whilst it was being done. They made me a coffee too.
