Thanks for moving the cargo trailer tonight. 10-17-22, fast response time, professional driver (Michael) left Claysville and drove to Albertville as soon as I called dispatch. 100% satisfied customer. I will only call A.C.E. Towing . Dispatcher was very helpful and friendly on the call.

Chris was very nice and got me in my car after being locked out all night. Very nice people.

The guy was very rude and had my child waiting for him for over two hours when he said he was on his way and would call back in 20 minutes and then decided to not show up nor call and let her know he wasn't coming! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place! He was rude and unprofessional with me and my daughter!!!

This place grabbed some equipment we left parked on land owners had given permission...another family member apparently called for equipment to be towed away....Ace towing..held our equipment..for 3 days...wouldn't give us info, changed the info...called to see if the equipment was stolen...anything to hold on to it then charged us more than 1500 dollars for keeping it from us those 3 days. Don't know how they are if u hire them. But I sure learned how they are if they get a chance to grab something valuable of yours.

Absolutely superb job done by Michael! (not sure if thats the right spelling) Spent 2 hours the night before with a locksmith (10 years in the business btw) trying to gain access to my car, even using duct tape to try and pull the windows down, but when Michael got here it only took 30-45 seconds for him to get my car unlocked! Both professional and friendly, I'll definitely see myself using this business in the future! Thank you Michael! And thank you Ace Towing!

Excellent service. They arrived 15 minutes after I called them. Drop my truck off at the dealer and dropped my keys and done my after hours paperwork for me.
