Nice people, good service, great pricing, I keep on coming back here
When I see the change oil light on my car, I bring it to this auto shop. After a few hours of driving I find out that there’s a problem with my car and a big red triangle lights up and I see a oil icon on my screen. Since I’m still a student, I park at my schools parking lot and go on with my day. My dad had to buy new oil to fill it and as I’m driving to a new repair shop, a trail of oil leaks out of my car. They did not perform this service correctly by tightening it. This is extremely unprofessional in that the engine could stop working and could cause harm to me and others. If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. Please save yourself time and your money by going to an auto repair shop that actually cares about you and your car.
Pretty good experience. I feel that one of the key features that separate an auto place from others is the amount of space. They can fit a lot of cars at once so they can handle more jobs at once. Not to mention they are very efficient at what they do. Their prices are also fair.
The service there is totally disappointment. I went there to ask for an oil change, and I kept talking to the worker, but they just ignored me for 15 min. When they finally acknowledged me, I told them if they could switch the oil for my Porsche 911, but they said they didn’t know what Porsche was. He kept telling me what brand is my car while smoking cigarettes in front of me. Then he ignored me again and went on chatting with his friends. I am writing this review to let the owner and people out there know that to do business; people must learn to respect others and do their job seriously. In my opinion, I’m giving the lowest rate.
Today was my first time there.
Busy shop but did not have to wait too long.
Had brakes replaced, cabin air filter replaced and an oil change.
They are thorough, fair priced and professional.

That's how it felt.
It's an o******* place, When they see it's not one of their people they are very nasty to you. They were extremely nasty to me. When I came in they asked me what I need I told them specifically what I need and they told me the price when Everything was done They told me the price is double what I was told. I was extremely not happy and I'm not recommending anybody to go there For anything.
Went in to get a alignment/balancing for my Lexus GS today. Nice folks, the boss man was great. Informative and patient in explaining what was what, which I find rare these days. Oh, the price was very fair. I just had to leave a review after a pleasant experience here.
Have always gone to Teddy for my car repairs. He's an excellent mechanic and a professional and respectful .
Went for a check engine light and was waiting for Teddy to give me a quote when someone who either is the owner ( white hair on top ) or another mechanic tells me to go outside , I tell him I'm waiting for Teddy's quote and we were in the back of gaRage but near a workspace when he yells out " I don't care " . Very rude and unprofessional. I went elsewhere and was treated respectfully and the way a customer should be treated . Will never go back to Ace . But will miss having Teddy work on my car . But professionalism as well as skill is what I found elsewhere.
