Called at 4:15am for a cab, (should have been plenty of time to assign a driver for a 5-6 minute fare from my location to the destination and have my husband at work by 5am)...at 4:54am, still no driver assigned...was told only one driver and far too many calls. Really? And this is a taxi service with just one driver? How?

Dirty,odor and I paid 15dollars to go one mile. Driver took me out of the way and claimed his GPS was not working properly. I told my friends and colleagues about this
Once I waited over an hour after I was told I'm on the list for the Next available cab. Five dollar drop upon pickup is a little to high but it is what is is. One thing I can say is that the drivers are very courteous and friendly.
Called for a cab at about 5:30 for a pick up time of 7:45 for my kids dr appt. Had to cancel cause they never showed.
I don't know what kind of service anyone else has gotten but for me being from out of town and not being sure of the service I got excellent service for a reasonable price my drive was very kind and respectful thank you ☺️
They don’t answer their phone.
