I hate that Google doesn’t give an option for 0 stars. Last week I was contacted and notified that when I had my windshield glass holes filled what was used was defective. And that my windshield needed to be replaced. I scheduled the appointment and they came out. Except when they finished there was a one inch gap at the bottom of my windshield which is not supposed to be there. ( I called and confirmed this with 3 other shops while the tech was here confirmed this isn’t right.) I told them this needed to be fixed. The guy told me he didn’t have the stuff there to fix it. And that they would have to come back. Then I had another guy come out same day who also couldn’t fix it but told me he would be back with new glass at 9:30 the next day. Low and behold no one showed big surprise right. These people are dishonest. They do not install properly. I’m not having to deal with a civil suit. But if you see either of these techs show up it’s a scam. I just want to warn others. I’ve contacted my insurance company who told me it was a scam and they’re trying to charge insurance $2500, Nissan hasn’t heard a thing.
Horrible service ACCU GLASS AUTO GLASS IS NOT RECOMMENDED !! When they came to replace my Winshild they scratched MY VEHICLE (Mercedez Benz )and put big chunks of glue my clips weren’t even been able to clip because they were damaged when I contacted them “The owner “ he acted like it was nothings and try to make it seem like they didn’t do it , and stared screaming over the phone while been sarcastic correcting me on the actual name of the clips!! Like if I was stupid , by saying well I’m glad you are a Vehicle expert! So they not just are so unprofessional but rude when you try to make them liable for the damage they cause when they are the ones that came to you for your business .. no one else had touch my car before them so people be careful who you TRUST !!!so ACCURATE GLASS AUTO GLASS NOT RECOMENDABLE !!

There were 2 guys that were walking door to door in my neighborhood looking for cracked windshields THEY WERE VERY NICE GENTLEMEN. I thought this was sketchy from the beginning. They made sure to say 0 cost to customer they would bill the insurance company. They said that the windshield would be repaired for new the next day. The next day arrives, no one arrives like promised with the time slot checked between 8am-12pm. I was told they had to order the windshield and wait for it to come in.... I said OK and waited a few more days. 3 days later i got a call saying they were on the way and they would be there in 20 minutes, 45 min passes the technician calls and says hes had a blow out on his tire and he wont make it today. 2 days passed when the technician shows up does great quality work but now my insurance company has paid them for the work they did now they submit a claim of $986. How in the world does an insurance windshield claim amount to that it was not any type of special glass this was for a 2004 Honda element. My gut feeling was right I should have trusted the other bad review I read although it was just 1 bad review I didn't want to believe it, IT WAS A TRUE REVIEW JUST LIKE MINE OMG!!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS????
My son was approached at a local 7-11 parking lot by a representative of AccuSafe Auto Glass. They said they could fix his windshield at no cost and would handle the insurance claim. He scheduled the repair. Now we are being investigated by our insurance company and have to give an 'examination under oath'. The investigator told me the repair should not have required replacement and should have cost $300-$400. They billed the insurance company $1,200 and now I may be on the hook.

Outstanding job on my car ... I had no idea that my comprehensive coverage on my car would allow me to get a new windshield... my rep was very informative with the florida statute and now I don't have to look through a cracked window anymore. I couldn't ask for anything better.
Got my windshield replaced, Cody helped me get it all set up. They came to my work the very next day. Couldn’t ask for nicer people or better service.
Blake and Matt came by and told us about a windshield deal and help got it done...nice guys work fast and very friendly... even did my dad's
Nice people and great work on my car the glass make it look brand new didn’t take them more then 30 minutes amazing job love it
