First I want to start with the basics. We called ant least 3 other RV repair companies and never received a call back. Accurate RV not only called back but showed up at the scheduled time and day. They diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner. It’s working great. They did such a fantastic job at a reasonable price so we had them back to help with our new fridge. Our NORCOLD refrigerator stopped working and Benjamin told us the ammonia had leaked out and it was shot. They helped us find a residential replacement . They removed the old fridge which was a BEAR!! And brought the new one in and installed it also a BEAR!! They did not leave until the job was complete and beautiful!! Thank you both!!
Benjamin and Tahlia were an absolute pleasure to work with. From their prompt and friendly communication via text to their professional and honest approach, they exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time and tackled our extensive to-do list with expertise and efficiency. They successfully addressed issues with our stove, AC, stair handle, and even resolved a leak in our slide while conducting a thorough roof inspection. Benjamin was responsive, and concerned about our electrical issue. He came to Fort Wilderness within a few hours. He got started with inspection right away. Heard our story, and called Forest River directly to obtain blueprints. Benjamin fixed in 2 hours what the dealership still didn't fix after 6 months in total of having our coach in the shop.
Ben was super responsive, efficient, amd communicative. Had my AC unit replaced in a matter of days for a fair price. Also taught me a lot along the way. Good people.

If I could provide more than five stars for Benjamin’s service and company, I would do it. He was very prompt in his response. When I called, he arrived on time. As a matter fact, he arrived a little bit early. My RV had been parked for over a year so he took the time to check it over completely to include, checking the house battery, refrigerator air, conditioner, gas tank and even climbed on top to check the seals on the outside roof. He then touched up the seals. he also checked the awning, the slides to ensure that they were working and sealed properly. And more importantly, he was reasonably priced! I would definitely use and recommend Benjamin again!
Ben was fantastic! He really saved my mother and me. He explained everything and gave future advice on better maintenance we can do ourselves. I recommend him for everything and to everyone.
I purchased our first RV and found I needed a roof reseal, I tried many others but none seemed interested.
Ben returned my call gave me an estimate .
Arrived on time completed the work ahead of schedule and less than estimated.
