They we quick, efficient, and very talented!
I was in a tight spot and they got my Venza in and the bumper fixed. Steve the owner was such a sweet heart, and his crew went above and beyond. Epic and amazing service!
We had a pretty simple fix for our Chevy express van. After being put off by poor customer service at the national chains, I went back to this locally owned body shop. (We had used it several years ago as well) I had an estimate in about 10-15 min. And the work was done in one day. Great service, great pricing! I’m super happy with these guys, and it feels good to support a local owned small business.
Called to ask about a repair quote and right off they were very obliging on the phone, offering daily hours customers can stop by for an estimate. I got lucky when I went in, as Zack was able to take care of my bumper issue on the spot. So kind and pleasant. If only we could enjoy more of this sort of experience in our daily lives.
Also, their hourly rates are clearly posted in the office which is not the case for all auto related shops. I would highly recommend Accurate Lines if ever you ever need auto or truck bodywork done. Thanks so much.
Fantastic place to do Business, big or small. I have been there two times, very happy about both, first time they custom painted a fairing for my Harley, put in ghost flames, the second, a minor crease in the truck door, they even provided a ride home and back, so I didn’t have to wait. I believe Steve, the owner, and his crew all really care about their service. I would totally recommend them and will return if I need any other work done.
I'm very grateful to these guys for the level of detail they put into getting my truck frame straightened out. I had considered calling it quits and getting rid of the vehicle altogether.
The rear end was bashed to bits and the frame was waaaaay out of alignment. They spent a little time with it and got it to within 1mm of it's original form. Sits perfect now.
They were more than courteous and very accommodating to both my budget and my time.

I have not gotten my vehicle back from them yet. However, the compassion exhibited by the team here to take my car in, after hearing from my tow driver about the Marysville Service King location refusing to honor their agreement to work on my car, felt genuinely life-saving. It's a family-owned business that understand the importance of valuing their customers and treating them as people, not as cash cows. Even if the job doesn't end up done perfectly (boohoo, humans aren't perfect), I would still recommend this shop and give it 5 stars purely based on that empathetic approach business alone.
