Lovely group of nurses and admin team run this show. From my broken toe to my manky insect bites, they’ll deal with it. Credit to you guys. Keep up the great work.
Don’t even know where to start with this GP practice, which is a shame really when the doctors and nurses are lovely, the reception staff on the other hand are not. There is one in particular who is rude, arrogant, no phone manner or people skills whatsoever! She has insinuated on many occasions that I was lying about trying to get through simply because she did not speak to me herself. After explaining I tried through the app and phoning up at 8am still not believed by her.
Although she is the worst the rest aren’t much better, they all speak to you in a very belittling manner and anything asked of them seems like a hardship.
I added a screenshot of what the app says when trying to book online from 7am which the rude receptionist insinuated was a lie. Disgusting
Worst GP practice I have ever come across. Reception staff were so unhelpful it was abysmal. Their supposed to be there to make life easier for the public but instead, 9 times out of 10 they / she shut you down and told you was through to the wrong department with a bad attitude. No help with what number to call instead or anything. Bad attitude. Shouldn't be the face of a service with staff like that. Occasionally when you are calling trying to get through after 2 minutes of listening to the standard automated message it cuts off like somebody has put the phone down! Abysmal. So glad I've changed Practice ????
Attended the minor injuries unit on a Thu evening. They were wonderful. The nurse I spoke with had been at at work since 8am an it was 9pm when I was discharged. Dispite the long shift the ladies remained calm, professional and very friendly. Massively appreciate our NHS and the wonderful staff involved.
