We experienced absolutely excellent service from the Accident Repair Center. The staff were friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish.and went out of their way to make this a positive experience for us. Their work was excellent and we are totally satisfied with our whole experience. We highly recommend this company.
Susan and all her staff are incredible. Please don’t pay attention to previous comments where disgruntled customers feel the need to post bad reviews for businesses in this time where people and companies are struggling. I believe ARC has been based in Letchworth for such a long time and her attention to detail and the staff she employs are fantastic! After I had a recent accident, I was a little shaken and had so much to do. Susan was able to sort everything out for me in an hour! I had another courtesy car, my insurance was contacted and it was all in hand.
I’ve dealt with many people in the auto trade but it’s clear Susan and the staff at the Accident Repair Centre are experienced and extremely professional.
Avoid like the plague. Cowboys would be an understatement! Completely botch job on my hubby's car. If they ever suggest using DAMS for a courtesy car, run for the hills! This repair centre needs investigating/shutting down!
There is a girl there named Lucy. She is doing the best work with cars. The car does not move but starts running and flying. Too good
