The NP, Kelly, is wonderful. I’ve seen her the last couple of times I’ve gone in and she is always pleasant, professional, and compassionate. She listens and allows the patient to be a part of the process. Extremely knowledgeable with a demeanor that puts me at ease when I’m not feeling well.
The check-in staff member is always fantastic, as well. I failed to get her name but she is incredibly kind and does a great job of setting the tone for the visit. She is efficient and gets you checked in and out quickly, which I appreciate especially when I don’t feel well.
The nursing staff who triage is great. I have yet to meet anyone who isn’t professional and personable and competent.
I have been a patient here for years and recommend them frequently.

All the women there are so sweet and nice. The one guy i talked to was also a very cool guy. Everybody had ear to ear smile on their faces and made it felt like that place was full of light. I will come to them for all my physicals
The staff was very friendly and my visit was really fast. I got taken back within 5 minutes and was seen quickly. However, the staff took time to really listen and answered all my questions.
Every time I visit I am greeted with very friendly people. The staff is thorough in treating my family and is efficient in getting us seen and on our way. Checking in online is a plus. I will continue to use them for my family’s needs.
I always go to our Access urgent care when necessary. They see me quickly, get taken care of. Then Oh on my way. Listen to everything and are very personable. Highly recommend
This is my favorite urgent care. The staff are always very helpful. I trust that when I take my kids there that I will get the best care. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always willing to listen and very helpful.
I have poison ivy sumac or oak (which I get yearly in the spring) and I was told it don't look like it. Lol its on my arms legs back. She gave me a steroid pack anyways after telling me I didn't have it! I know my body tyvm like come on. And now my itching is subsided less than 12 hrs after starting the pack. I'm grateful just wish she would've listened and gave me a shot also to help the crazy itching.
The ladies were so sweet and kind, even though it was a madhouse. However, we have no insurance and paid $460 for my visit and flu test. That's all I had done. We've never paid that much for a minor ER visit, and the coupon they gave me for the flu pill didn't work ???? I would pass on this clinic if you have no insurance.
