The food was quickly made, and good. However, our waitress that day was not attentive. Also, that waitress dropped off the receipt early to not return to out table. So, I had to ask the hostess for whatever we needed because the waitress assigned was not coming back. The hostess made up for the waitress and provided great service. Bottom-line: recommended maybe better suited as takout.
Food and service were great! The building is older, and decor is too. But everything else was great!
For the area this may not be a bad choice, but our overall experience was very mediocre.
Starting from the parking lot the street view leaves something to be desired. The inside is a bit run down but for a weekday there was a lively crowd. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and were immediately seated.
They were out of draft beer. The margaritas were below average with the salted rim being the only redeeming quality. They tasted just like lemon lime Gatorade—which is not what we were looking for in a margarita.
The chips, salsa, and cheese dip were all pretty solid. They also had individual salsas for each person at the table which some people in our group found charming and convenient.
The rest of the food was hit or miss. The chimichanga was lacking in flavor. The fajitas and quesadillas were decent but nothing special.
Overall it was an acceptable dinner spot for the area but this isn’t a place I would recommend or seek out again.
The food is good if you can get enough of it. At work we all ordered food. When we got it the Salas cup was not even half full on all of the orders. I ordered a large rusty dip and it was a small not even full. Up the prices but lower the quantity. We all work hard for our money, be glad we choice to spend ours on your service and supply. Please give us with we ask for. Thank you.
This place has a great variety of food. The food is always made fresh to order. Their salsa has a nice flavor. They could improve on their desert options. Sweet tea is always fresh and good. I recommend them.
Good food. Friendly staff. Food came out fast and hot. This was on a busy Sunday at lunchtime. In addition to the typical Mexican food on the menu they also had a lunch special. Hamburger Steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and collard greens.
First time visiting. It was ok and service was ok .I'm not from the area but if I'm in the area again I would give them another visit ????????they did a great job with my niece graduation party I will give them that ????????
We stopped here for dinner. The staff were all friendly and prompt. We were seated immediately and given chips and salsa. Our food was plentiful and very good. We will eat here again if we are ever back to this area
