Less crowd. Wish there are more options for airline companies
Great customer service, lines were not long at all. And if you followed the rules you got right on through! Very very thankful that they have more than one flight a day going from Albany to Atlanta. Much rather fly than drive that three and a half hour drive.
It's a tiny airport and it's not confusing so that is a huge plus. It only has one gate. The staff and TSA agents are friendly and informative, they made sure everyone was going through security smoothly. This is always my go-to airport when visiting Georgia.
They have a very nice waiting area, and an area to watch TV, plus they have a microwave oven, with snacks, microwavable sandwiches, and box dinners, and a good variety of drinks.
Quick, personal service, small, quaint, no-frills airport. It gets the job done.
Small airport. They open the security check point gates about 15 minutes before boarding. Always a friendly experience with everyone here.
Nice, small airport. Only one gate so it’s really easy to find.
