My mum had a phone appointment with the Pharmacy at 3:15 but they rang at 2:50 and she wasn't in. When she rang back at 3:00, the receptionist said, she should have been there and was very rude and condescending.
very bad hospital, extremely bad manners and disrespectful character, especially an adult woman of Indian appearance who sits at the reception desk, they tried several times to get to the doctor or they didn’t let you in at all or with a very nasty face they say we can’t help you, come back in a week, I’m sure it’s not for me I have such problems with this Raynham center and I would like to ask them to take some measures, at least fire the person at the reception and hire adequate polite people, the staff does not wash their hands after using the toilet and serves food, while I still managed to go inside the premises with The landline phone rang me several times and they simply ignored and did not answer calls
Reception staff are very rude and very unprofessional, not what you want to be faced with when not feeling well on one occasion, even having a takeaway delivered and preceeded to eat this at the reception desk and may i add not even washing their hands and answering phone shocking they need to be removed and replaced with more professional team as the front facing part of this practice until this happens nothing will improve
Cannot book appointments on the app and cannot book through a phone call. Basically no way of seeing a GP.
Rainham Health Centre is an extremely disrespectful, distressing and frustrating clinic to have any contact with. That is in accordance with from receptionist, nurses and GP’s. Regardless of the NHS undergoing stressful circumstances post COVID. You are dealing with patients who are extremely vulnerable. I have spoken with a nurse who refuses to give over their name but instead inform me to call the surgery to ask or attend the reception to do so. The nurse could not answer my question in regards to when I will be able to receive an appointment for my mental health referral to the GP. Instead, she told me she would put the phone down on me as I refused to not accept her answer. I’m fact, she was not clear in what she was saying hence why I was asking her to clarify. The disclosure of this review, is for other patients information only. This is purely so if anything who is willing to be with this clinic, I highly suggest not. I have repeatedly been spoken to so rudely by members of staff. I have waited by the phone patiently to be told after 5 minutes of discussing 1 ongoing issue concerning my mental health that she would like to put the phone down. The fact that staff who deal with vulnerable and all walks of life can state they will hang up because they do not like to be questioned. I highly suggest NHS review any customer service based skills when reviewing their staff in a hiring process. Extremely disappointed and left feeling even more emotional after that 5 minutes conversation. Staff are very argumentative at any given question or challenge. Terrible staffing levels. I cannot emphasise enough how many times this has occurred!
Had to wait for 1 month for a phone appointment. Could not pick up straight away, even 20 min late, so doctor did not even attempted to ring second time. When I called back, been told that I missed phone call, so they don't ring me back. So its ok for doctor to give you 1hour slot to ring you, so if you miss it or cant pick it up at that moment, so your problem. Really dissapointed with service they providing at the moment, even though was with surgery for the last 16 years. Bearly ever use surgery, unless sth really serious.
Its really went down the hill in the last two years.
Would not recommend to anyone.
This doctors surgery is very unhelpful and I would urge you to get a new practice. The Google opening times clearly states 9am.. which is agreed by the practice..when called and was spoken by the very rude receptionist that basically said they opened at 8... and then proceed to say that I was lying when it's clearly there in black and white...
I cannot believe in a professional doctors surgery how incredibly rude and unhelpful they was towards a baby that needed help when the doctor said to make an appointment if things don't get better.
The emergency appointment system is awful and makes impossible to get an appointment. I had called at 8:01 and the phone was ringing. They picked the call after 14 min and told there are no emergency appointments, and they keep on playing this game every day. They mess up the appointments even if you want to book appointment with doctor you might still get appointment with nurse. The receptionist dont listen and are extremely rude.
