Mark and his crew are awesome! They did an outstanding job fixing my Jeep and fighting for us with the insurance to get everything covered. Jeep recommended ABC Body Shop to us and I can honestly say: Use ABC Body Shop if you need a bodywork done in North Central Florida! Excellent work!
Mark and his staff are incredible, they say what they do and do what they say! They always provide excellent customer service! We have used their services several times in the near past, and we are always not only satisfied but very pleased with the quality of their work and the attitude and demeanor of the entire staff at ABC. We highly recommend ABC Body Shop for any and all automotive body repairs.
Stopped by to have a door handle issue looked at. The owner was able to address the issue immediately and did a great job! I'll be back if I need further body repair or painting services.
I went to this place to checkout cost for 2 small touch up spots,this guy stopped what he was doing and looked at my truck and gave a quote to paint both doors 1000.00 each ,then he said I could us touchup paint because they were so small and save money before I could say anything he asked me if I had the touchup paint from Toyota with me I had used it and it was supposed to match but really didnt match good he then cleaned off the place where I had put the paint on and added something to my paint and touched up both spots and now they are hard to see ,you have to look for them but 100% better then it was when I asked how much he wanted He said nothing left him something to buy a beer what a great guy to stop what he was doing and take time to do mine thanks again
That was a very troubled and ignorant man.I agreed the price was ok,I paid him a compliment and he blew a gasket. When you try to do business with rude,ignorant people, YOU GO ELSEWHERE. He thinks they're the only cold beer in Ocala. DON'T GO THERE!!!! I got a reply saying there's no record of me being at the shop. The way that man behaved,of course I didn't proceed,I left. I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't there.

My son needed help with a door that did not close and Mark solve the situation, the door closes and my son is super happy. God bless Mark!
Such great customer service, real genuine people who actually help you out and finish the job. I would recommend them always as I was in a situation and they came and provided service above and beyond when no one else would! They are so helpful and know what they are doing for sure! This is THE BEST body shop who will treat you as a person not just a customer! Love them!
Brought my Highlander in because I’ve been dealing with flooding in the front driver and passenger floor due to the sunroof drains being clogged. Mark was so kind and helpful. He helped me to troubleshoot the problem and clear out the lines, and gave me some really helpful advice on how to take better care of my vehicle and avoid this problem. Highly recommend going to ABC Body Shop!
