Superbly neat and highly amazing place to go have some pizza. ???? The staff is nice and friendly, and the restaurant itself is nice and clean, too. They do a fantastic job with cooking the food and bringing it to the customers, and I am so proud of them as well. ???? The individual pepperoni pizza is my favorite, and it tasted delicious, exactly as I remembered from the last time I came there. ????
It was clean and friendly. So busy for a Thurday night, but not too busy, room for the 12 of us no problem. Best thin crust pizza not too saucy. Extra thick bread sticks. No bombardment of games to make the kids distracted from eating. Love it there
Last 3 times we have received a 16 piece chicken n jo jos the chicken has been extremely small in size n dried out. Will not continue to do business with such poor quality n high prices. ????
Ordered a pizza 50/50 received a cheese pizza that was over cooked. I tried to scavenge the cheese but there was no cheese because it was over cooked. Garlic knots were dry and seemed like they were running out of garlic sauce. I called to convey my concern but the manager could only say it was out of her hands even though it was their terribly cooked pizza. If they were a good company they would have offered me a second pizza. I don’t eat pizza often and everyone claims how good this pizza location is, I’d rather save my money.
The service was excellent but the pizza is overpriced. We dropped $55 for two 13” pizzas (Hawaiian and pepperoni), 1 bread stick order, no drinks including tip, and something has changed.
There used to be more pineapple and meat on their Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. It’s been several years since I’ve been to Abby’s too so maybe they have different suppliers? It didn’t stand out or make me think wow like I did in the past.
The restaurant was clean and there were several large screen TV’s. The booths were comfortable and again, the service was great.
I’d order one or two 7” pizzas in the future if I were to come back. That’s a much better value.
UPDATE: To their credit, I was contacted by Abbys following my rather pithy review a few weeks ago.
We discussed what happened, and they concluded that the servers simply forgot to apply the 25% discount coupon I had presented. Fair enough - mistakes do happen. We will give them another shot.
And thank you for the discount on a future pizza! I feel redeemed. I do look forward to that pizza!
And my wife is delighted that Abbys is back on our go-to list.

I am VERY unhappy about our experience at Abbys in Oregon City last night.
I chose it for dinner for our anniversary as it has been my wife's favorite for nearly 60 years. We ordered a half&half pizza and a pitcher of beer (expecting to buy a second pitcher. After all, we were celebrating!)
Knowing that Abbys prices have been rising for years, I was prepared for a bigger bill. But I had a 25% loyalty coupon they had emailed me a day earlier, so I figured I had enough cash. I gave them the coupon, walked into the bar to get the beer and got the bill. $53.60!
I did NOT have sufficient cash, so I used a credit card. I asked for a detailed bill so I could reconcile it to my expectation, but was told they could not retrieve it.
Trying to salvage the anniversary celebration, I let it go.
Until now.
Abbys, you are no longer on my "go-to" list. Ever since the business was sold a few years ago, it's been going downhill, with ever-higher prices and ever-poorer service. And to us, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold last night (earning it the 3 star rating on atmosphere).
To the leadership - you'd better resolve these issues, and quick!
Food was decent but service pretty terrible. We didn’t receive all of our order for delivery and called Abby’s to request it be sent. All they said was that there was nothing they can do about it. I asked them “Don’t you guy deliver?”, the person said “yes” but there was still nothing they could do for us. I would imagine that if all of my order did not get delivered that they would make it right, but I guess my expectations were too high. So disappointed in Abby’s that they wouldn’t make this right.
One of the best Abby's in area. Pizzas are fresh and served in a comfortable and clean atmosphere. Tables and booths!
Kudos for clean and well stocked restrooms. Staff are amazingly friendly. Love the locally inspired decor.
