The ladies at Abbies are outstanding. I have the proverbial " big baby" of a dog who will NOT enter a grooming salon under any circumstances. The ladies are so sweet and accommodating that they come out into the parking lot to cut Molly's nails . I totally appreciate them.
Be very specific if you bring your dog here. Not all dogs should be shaved. This is something someone in this business should know. My dog had been here at least 4-5 times and this had never happened. I never once said “shave it” or “take it all off.” I said to cut it short and the groomer did.not clarify anything before doing a cut this drastic. My dogs coat protects him from the elements. Now he is without it. I hate leaving bad reviews and debated this but I can’t fix this and I want someone else to know that if they do trust this groomer to make sure you are specific to try to avoid this happening to you. We won’t go back.
Took our Airedale Terrier Maggie Mae for her first grooming visit at age 7 months. They did a fantastic job grooming her.
The staff are friendly and genuinely love dogs. We've taken our Scout there since she was 4 months old, she's 15 months now, and we've always been very please with her care there.
They were great with our dogs Rascal and Mickie. We have never had a problem there.
She did amazing on my girls Maizy and Dd. They look amazing thank you for taking such great care of my girls ❤️
They are so good with my Sally that she is actually relaxed when they clip her nails.
We love Abbey and her staff! She is so sweet with our older pug. She does a good and thorough job with his shaving and bath and we have always been pleased.
