Tyre blew out today on the A147 luckily a man stopped to help and took my Dad to A&S Service Centre, where a young man came back to the car with my Dad had a look and arranged a tow truck, they towed me and my 2 year old and the young lad took my dad and 6 year old daughter to the garage, they didn't have the tyre in stock so the young lad drove 45minutes to go and get it before fitting it as quick as they could, so we could get on our way, they went above and beyond. The lady on reception was an absolute gem, they were all fantastic and can't be credited enough. Best service Iv had in all my years driving. Thankyou so much lady in the B-Class. :)
After getting stranded on the A143 with a blow out on my daughter's car the staff at A&S were superb. Organised to get us and the car to their garage then ordered a new tyre from Bury St Edmunds went and picked it up and fitted while we waited in the warm in their reception. Nothing was too much trouble as we had two small children with us awell.All done and on our way in under two hours. Thanks again you fantastic people.
New tyre fitted, quick service at a fair price
New to the area and very pleased with Cambelt, service and couple of other jobs on my car. Great service. Kept upto date and car pick up and drop off too. Will definitely be using again for our 4 cars. Highly recommended.
Used this garage through black circles. Chipped the paint on alloy wheels and 'did an alignment' on the car (no print out available). 5000 miles later and the front tyres had wore out the inside again. Took the car to quikfit and miles out. Avoid this garage.
Rude staff. Came out with more wrong with it than it went in with. Truly disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.
Last year we put my car in too be fixed we did this over 3 weeks before new years they said would take few days , they had car for nearly a month. My birthday was new years So we returned to make a complaint then was offered courtesy car which was less than ideal but better than nothing. Fast forward to now they have had my partners work van for 3 weeks, he missed half a weeks work before Christmas and we still have no vehicle. Do not use this garage if you rely on your vehicle for work or anything else. Both times they had big stories about waiting for parts. I feel silly to have made the mistake two years in a row by going to this garage. It has affected our plans greatly.
I use this garage for work and its where we maintain our fleet of specialist vehicles. Outstanding service and efficiency, very knowledgeable mechanics. I wouldn't go anywhere else
