I was quoted £3500 +Vat at Devon Gearbox Center for a mechatronic unit replacement on a DSG auto gearbox, went to the guys at A&R and was quoted £2600 all in. Very pleased with the service and had the car back within a week with no extra fees. The price quoted was the price I paid. The fact it's a family run business that's been going for over 30+ years speaks for itself.

So rude!! Tried to talk to them regarding my car, told twice they'd call back but never did. On 3rd call, when asked if they'd definitely call me back as this was the 3rd time of trying, Roger replied well if you're gonna be like that I don't want your work and hung up on me!!. So unprofessional
Very poor needed help to find out if my diff had failed not very helpful at all I found them very rude when asking them.
Easy to get to. Nice tidy workspace and welcoming staff. Woud recommend and use again.
Excellent service shot from the hip didn't lead me on or give me false hope I asked if a service would help the unscrupulous would have said yes and charged me knowing full well that it wouldn't and that's exactly what they told me no it wouldn't honest sincere service first class
