This garage is an absolute nightmare. On my first visit, they not only repeatedly brushed me off until the next day but also completely botched the assessment of my car. The so-called owner, who seems to lack any notion of customer service, had the audacity to blame me for their incompetence, stating that my evening arrival was the problem, despite being well aware of my 9-5 job. It took a painful three visits for them to fix my car, and what was initially described as a minor issue turned out to be a major, wallet-draining problem. To add insult to injury, they stealthily took £100 from me for bonnet wiring without any upfront disclosure. This place is a disaster – steer clear at all costs.
I had a bad experience with this garage, the painful part of it was the attitude and customer service I received. I took my VW TOURAN car for ENGINE OIL sensor light was told it will take few hours which was a lie, they changed it and charged me £120 ( bank statement don’t lie) telling me it took them a long time to change it. I went back the next day to let them know it’s not working the owner was there telling me they will charge me more and I had to wait but he ignored me and was attending to other customers. I left in tears but luckily for me I met a mechanic who fixed it for me for just £50.
Great customer experience very fast and quick service got me straight in , the part worn tyres great lots of tread with a great price would highly recommend
Worst garage not even in bristol worst in the UK, have heard multiple bad thing about this place from friends who have gone there for simple issues and always turned out to be something way worse where they have botched something up. My experience is they have gone ahead and done an MOT for me and completely lied about what was wrong on there which I have checked with another garage where they have explained it happens almost too often at A and M motors, really disappointing and terrible customer service here.
Its not a garage its a scrap yard, rated as a top 1. worst scrap yard in bristol. I gave my car for MOT, there was nothing wrong with the car the reason i took here is only for MOT and they blew up the engine and they hold car in there 4 months i told them that its their fault so they have to get it done but they didnt do nothing at all till i paid £750 for new engine. It was their fault and charged me £750 for new engine, case will be opened soon,, i will take it to court. They also damaged front bumper, windscreen and side of the car and they lost or broke underneath engine cover.
If you think ur car is good do not take here if u think ur car is scrap its the best place u can take.
Those people does not know nothing about cars stay away from this place…

Great garage which was able to accommodate us with short notice. The mechanic also physically showed us the issue with our car and explained to us exactly how it was a problem. This was great as he did this knowing that we weren't knowledgeable about cars. The price was a lot cheaper than we were quoted at a separate garage. Recommended.
