Broken suspension spring in Stotfold at 6 in the evening on a work day. Called A1 Auto recovery. Was with me within 20 mins, van onto back of truck and drove me 20 miles home. Just over an hour from start to finish. Very professional polite and knowledgeable chap and a very reasonable price too. Highly recommend this company. Turned what could have been a very stressful situation into just a minor inconvenience. Thank you.
A1 Recovery. Rip -off merchants! A jump start cost £204!!
Part of the estimated cost was a lifted recovery to home address. The car wasn't lifted because it started with a jump start and I drove it home. I requested a refund for the recovery journey that wasn't used and was granted a refund of £60 which was never actioned . the second of two telephone calls in order to remind A1 Recovery resulted in the offer to look into it. I haven't been contacted since. Whether they forgot it or not, the result is the same £204 for a battery jump start!
Responded to my call quickly, took the worry away from a stressful situation. My car is now recovered and with the garage all in a short space of time, thank you!

My van broke down in Hitchin l called the chap who was very polite said he would attend l was back on the road within 25 minutes he knew what the problem was sorted it out and my team were back to work Well Done
