Our server, Val, was a pleasure. She was very nice and attentive. I got the pretzel appetizer and chicken pot pie. My husband got boneless buffalo chicken appetizer and chicken parmesean. Everything was delicious. For dessert, I got the pound cake with almonds, caramel and vanilla ice cream. Hubby got the towering midnight chocolate cake with ice cream, whip cream and fudge drizzle. We got appetizers, meals, dessert and drinks, for two, for under $100. Everything was fresh and delicious. I forgot to get pictures of our dessert.
My first time dining alone. Traveling for work. The waitress Sha-Mya was fabulous. The food was really good. Huge portions!
I went there with some friends,on a Sunday afternoon. Hostess was excellent, the waitress was average and the food was terrible. I ordered the chicken pot pie. Lots of chicken and gravy two pieces of carrots and six peas,and a side of mashed potatoes which were served room temperature. As a person who use to work in the restaurant industry. I wouldn't have served the mashed potatoes like that. The dish was overpriced. I will not return.
CORPORATE NEEDS TO RETRAIN VICTOR THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been coming to the restaurant for years, the server and bartenders are phenomenal! However there new line manger Victor was not willing to custom a basic side item of grilled pineapple that's available on the menu to accommodate us which is very Tedious. Every other 99 hasn't given us a problem we eat at 99 at least twice a week. Guess we should take our business elsewhere hopefully corporate see this and know the kinda people running the company to the ground.
Once I was placed at my table, our waitress took our orders and brought back a bowl of popcorn. We ate the first bowl and received our drinks. Once our waiter came back, we asked for another bowl of popcorn while we waited for our food. As we were about to finish our bowl of popcorn, one of my friends noticed a piece of a cigarette at the bottom of the bowl. We called over the manager and told her what had happened and she first offered “another bowl of popcorn”, of course, we said we were all set with the popcorn and she offered a few more options then walked away with the cigarette bowl of popcorn. We hesitated on whether or not we should just get up and leave or eat our food, we choose to wait and eat because we had already been there for about an hour. At the end of our meal the check was brought out with the most expensive meal taken off, which was 20 dollars, which left our bill at 61 dollars. We called the manager over again because we believed this was not enough. The gave us a 30 dollar gift card and that was all the could do. This was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional of them. This was a situation that comes down to safety and health and although they did take money off our bill, this was not enough to suffice for probably one of the most unsatisfactory and unsanitary things that have ever happened to me at a restaurant.
Delicious chicken. My first visit and will definitely be back again.
Was a great place to grab a bite and drink a brew. But if you decide to bring friends and your boss, be prepared to be insulted if your group is different races or if they have different sexual orientations.
Dark restaurant, good food, service sucked (but that changes with every visit of course)
Food is priced fair and I ended up with leftovers so portion sizes are good for the price also.
My kids really enjoyed the options and the food, so that's a huge win!
