The atmosphere is great and the staff are extremely friendly, the food was also nice however sadly let down by the very slow service. It took a long time for both our mains and our puddings to arrive, I could tell which parts of my main was put on the plate first as the turnip was very cold, potatoes were luke warm and the haggis was hot. When I did eat it it tasted nice, and my girlfriends steak pie was amazing (much better than the haggis sadly), the puddings were the star of the show, the kinder surprise waffle was amazing, just sad that the rest was let down by slow service and cold main. I will go back in case it was an off day which I hope it was, as I think it could be a really great dining experience.

First time visit, got reservations for a group of 5 only 4 of us made it sadly. Absolutely love the atmosphere, the 10% lock your phone discount was awesome. Loved playing Jenga as we waited for our food and drinks.
The food was amazing, the beef burger was delicious as were the fries, my friends had chicken burgers and loved it and my wife had the haloumi summer salad that she really enjoyed. The portions were great.
The staff were very friendly, they provided great service at the beginning. However after we were served our main meal and checked on once by the female staff member in the beginning who was great. We were kind of forgotten about. After we had finished our meals we had to wait several minutes with empty plates in front of us. We then had to wave over a different gentleman as we wanted to order dessert and clear our plates as the female staff member was no where to be seen at the time.
Overall great place to eat and very friendly staff, food is delicious and well portioned. Really enjoyable place to eat and relax for an afternoon meal. Only gripes being slow service after getting our meal and the raspberry mojito I ordered was delicious but cost far more than I feel it was worth.
We totally plan to dine there again and try more of the amazing food and faster service.
Had a great lunch here there were four of us and two kids the waiter was brilliant with the kids, food was good and big portions... certainly didn't need tea that night. The cocktails that they had on special at only £3.50 were just the cherry on top, thanks for a lovely lunch in a very cool (Harry potter themed) place we will definitely be back.
