Excellent service! Felt like I was in good hands with Miguel and the crew. Opted for patching up a tire which was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I was offered a new tire which would arrive kater that evening, but even though I opted out for now, it’s nice to know they have such speedy service 24hrs.
Had a nail in my tire and found this shop that was open. Excellent service and fast repair. Owner was very friendly and they are open 24 hours which can be very convenient if getting a flat late at night. I will be returning here again for all my tire repairs.
Guys are very friendly and extremely helpful. The checked out the other tires as well without me even telling them and found a nail, that would probably get me in a lot of trouble on the road in the future. Also gave me a REALLY GOOD DEAL!!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK. RECOMMENDED!!!
I was driving to a wedding and all of sudden I got a exclamation mark sign pop up on my dash. I stopped by a gas station to find that my front tire had a screw in it. As a young woman by myself, this brought me a lot of anxiety and thought my day was ruined for sure.
But it just so happened that the tire shop was located right in front of the wedding I was attending. I stopped by and the guys worked very quickly to get me sorted. They patched up my tire in less than 10 minutes and made sure all my other tires were in good shape. The owner was very friendly and made me feel reassured. :) The price was super reasonable and affordable too!
Reliable, honest and quick service ????????
I knew before going to 11th Ave Tire Shop that I had a punctured tire (as opposed to a sidewall blowout, for example) as I discovered my tire flat and was able to inflate it with enough air (20-22 PSI) with an emergency compressor I had in the trunk and then drive on it while it retained enough air in it to drive the 5 minutes.
When I arrived (around 10:30 pm on a rainy Thursday night) I was extremely happy to see that, in addition to plenty of space for the 4 man crew to work outside the shop, there was a full-car sized bay you could drive into so as not to be fully exposed to the elements.
I was looking to get a confirmation that there was a puncture and to get it patched. The price list for services was on the wall in the adjoining room and I was looking at a $20 patch job, but only if the tire was patchable, otherwise I would need to see if they had a replacement for the tire.
The crew went right to work and everybody scrambled to be helpful and they spoke English well. They immediately saw which tire needed removal and did so quickly and I was able to let them know I found it fully flat and was able to partially inflate it to where it was.
While they were doing the underwater dunk test to see where the air bubbles were emerging from to locate the puncture, another man filled/checked the other 3 tires.
They found the puncture, marked it and then pointed out that there was a good deal of wear on the inner tread of the tire and let me know that the patch job would be just temporary as the tire would need to be replaced eventually.
I told them to see if they had a brand new tire replacement in stock and the price so I could make a decision. They found a new one in stock and brought it to the front. It was $159 and I decided to just go for the patch, at that point. They didn't try to influence me in either direction and just took the tire back to the back when I declined.
Once the actual tire was removed and it was able to be visually and manually inspected, the guy doing the inspection called me over and squeezed the sidewall in a way that I saw the tire had some decent dry rot, and would need to be replaced anyway. I asked for the full price of the visit if I ended up purchasing the tire, and he said the whole visit would just be the price of the tire and no additional mounting, calibrating, balancing fees (that some places charge).
I had already seen the signage that said that if you use a debit or credit card there was a 8 or 9% credit card fee and of course, tax. I ended up paying with a debit card because I didn't have that much cash on me and it all came out to $177.
I gave the guys a $20 cash tip ($5 each) and went on my way. I was in and out in really great time, probably 20-25 minutes total.
After hitting a pot whole at 2am I found this tire shop online. After calling and receiving extreme kindness I decided to bring my business here. After my service was complete I’m happy to say that everything went more than well and I was treated like nothing but a friend when talking to the owner of the shop.
Quick, friendly, and easy to swap out a tire that I bought elsewhere and prices are reasonable. Good to know they are 24hrs. Was done in less than 15 min and I was able to grab Dunkin right next door!
I'm heading to work early this morning on the BQE and hit a metal piece of pipe that you couldn't even see because it blended with the road. I got off, and tire pressure was dropping fast. Not what I needed 6 in the morning. I googled and found this tire shop, and it said 24 hours. I called and thank God it really was open. It is very well lit and open and ready for you. I almost cried when he told me my tire was 200, what was I gonna do at that time of the morning. I know that the tire for my car isn't cheap because we've had to replace one before. The guys were helpful and very nice. I was definitely pissed and mad this morning, but they made it better, and I was so glad to get it fixed. Did I mention how fast they were? Very! I would recommend this business for your tire needs.
