I had a breakdown near 1 Stop Auto, and the mechanics went above and beyond to assist me. In an industry where women often face challenges, the owner ensured my safety, protected my finances, and even used personal resources to get me back on the road. I am forever grateful for their exceptional service while helping a black woman in distress!

They told me to come tomorrow
So I came the next day but the actual technician said I need to come the following day since they don’t have time for me
And so I went 2 days after that
When I showed up told me to come after an hour and when i came at the end. I was waiting on the lobby and technician/ owner approached me while I was watching on my Phone to look at my ring and he was very close and they he told me the store names and left. I was panicking cause he didn’t give me a heads up. Finally he told me they couldn’t help me with my issue and I have to go to another place
Such a waste of time.
I went in to the shop to get an estimate for a Tune-up and some electrical work done because I noticed a sign outside that advertised “Tune-Up” special and my taillights weren’t working. After receiving the estimate for $850 I went on to obtain the funds to pay the mechanic by having the payment issued directly to the shop, Lol. Big mistake! The mechanic evidently kept the payment but never completely fixed my vehicle. I had more motor shaking and ignition starting problems after I picked up my vehicle only to have to return to the shop and be told that “there was no room for my vehicle” and that “Black women made him (the mechanic) sick! I haven’t driven my truck in nearly two weeks neither have so received a call from the mechanic offering to fix the existing problem(s) or refunding a portion of the payment. Ive filed my paperwork and made a complaint through the State as of today. I will not tolerate discrimination or disrespect toward women especially women of my ethnicity.
