I go here often if I'm in the area! It's quite nice to have some reliable place to get some yummy treats. Service is a bit slow but that is understandable as it is a small business so I don't mind it, just order ahead if you are in a rush! Some of the bubble teas are less sweet than others, so be sure to ask for what suits your taste buds. I don't like how the reviews can somewhat mislead the buyer to this business, as just because it has 3.9 stars doesn't mean it deserves it. Every time I come, they improve and that's what I'm all about!

Perfect spot for ice cream! They have so many cool options to choose from, and you have the choice of having it made in front of you, or selecting a pre-made option. Lots of seating, friendly staff and delicious ice cream! Can’t wait to come back!
Here’s the thing, the place is nice, the drinks are nice. The issue is they LITERALLY ONLY HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE AT A TIME. I’ve never been here without there being only one person behind the counter. They’re also always very stressed and worried. This is horrible both for the employees and the customers. So do better.
EDIT- After reading the response from the owner and thinking abt their response, I totally understand the reasoning behind the wait. However, the motivation behind this comment was not the wait, not at all. I always come here and love the place, the wait was not an issue at all. The only issue was the stress that was obvious on the employee. Which is understandable given the circumstances. I appreciate the time you have taken to reply to my comment.
I appreciate the idea of the ice cream rolls, but it is not my favorite. I did not get ice cream here this time, but I have ordered it in the past. I think I just wish it were a bit more creamy? Something that I can't quite put my finger on. Not to mention I wish there was more than one size to choose from.
I had bubble tea this time, the brown sugar one and it was pretty good! I am also not a huge bubble tea person, but I enjoyed the flavor options they had and the bubble options. They had a bunch of fruit bubbles to choose from since I didn't want the tapioca.
The employees are prompt and knowledgeable about the options.
The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable.
It's a good place to get some ice cream and my friend loves coming here. I am sure I will be back. ????????
Also, the picture I posted of the ice cream is half eaten. Apologies! She dug into her ice cream so fast I couldn't get a picture. It is beautiful when it is handed to the customer.
The boba is quite tasty and flavorful but a bit on the pricey side considering such small sizes that have only been increasing in cost. The atmosphere is nice and friendly as well. But I have to say, the service is something else. Why would you only have ONE worker on standby during busy hours? The poor workers have to make six ice creams and 10 bobas with angry customers ruining the whole experience and driving customers away. We literally had to go to the nearby boba shop due to such a long wait time. It would be much better to keep a minimum of 2 workers during a shift to split the workload.
Looking for desert? This ice cream place is highly recommended! The prices are just under $10 bucks, but well worth it! They make it right in front of you! Very polite staff! I will definitely be coming back here! I got the dashers egg nog with snickerdoodles! Yup, delicious! I even video’d it. Enjoy the post!

I really have no basis of comparison because I've never had Thai ice cream or bubble (boba) tea. My kids enjoyed it and it was recommended by a friend. I wasn't quite prepared for the tapioca pearls in the tea. The sweetened condensed milk makes it very sweet, which isn't my thing, but it's good. Very clean and nice indoor seating seating area, which is open. There are only a few tables outside, so be prepared to take your tasty treat with you.
