Placed an order costing over £80. Chips under cooked, not breast of chicken & burgers under cooked. Customer service very poor. No manager & apparently young girl in shop herself. DO NOT USE.
This food is delicious. Dirty American deliciousness. Cooked fresh so not very fast food but great food nonetheless.
I am blown away by the taste of the food here! Delicious and the portion size is great. First time trying here and the kids and I are over the moon about it. The burgers were massive and so tasty. We also got a sundae each and a milkshake which were perfection! Will definitely order from here again and my compliments to the chef ????!!!

Ordered a couple times via Uber Eats as well as a couple times by visiting. On Uber Eats it makes you choose both single and meal so you are paying for meal even if you just want a single. Fed this back to restaurant so hopefully will be fixed in app soon.
Burgers and milkshakes are really good, only downside is the chips. Not sure if the chips are already cooked and just reheated or the chips they use are cheap as it tastes completely dried out. If chips can be sorted out then I'd give it a 5 star.
I have now ordered from Zaks a fair few times and I am super happy! The consistency of the flavour, the look, the portion size and the quality. Nothing puts me in a worse mood than when I get a takeaway and it's not the same as it was the last time I had it. I don't have to worry about that with Zaks. Also the delivery driver I had tonight was genuinely lovely, super friendly. Asked me for any feed back to make improvements. 5 star service *
I live round the corner and thought I would give Burger and Shake a try, I'm glad I did.
Very clean, with friendly staff. Has to be one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Will definitely order from them very soon. Totally fantastic.
Ordered from here for my dinner - we got two burger meals with fries and it all tasted amazing! Arrived within the estimated delivery time and food was warm and fresh upon arrival - I would absolutely order again
