Non tornavo a capri da qualche anno e lo yuu bar è stata la novità più apprezzata dell'intero week end. Mi ha colpito da subito: posizione centrale ma defilata, arredo curato, clienti autentici, ottima musica e offerta da bere, servizio informale, tutto contribuisce a farti sentire subito a tuo agio. Ci siamo tornati due sere di seguito! Un abbraccio speciale a Gerardo per la splendida chiacchierata e compagnia!

Einige aus unserer Gruppe meinten, lass mal dort oben in die Bar gehen, da ist es ruhiger als unten auf der Piazetta. Das war ein "Schuss ins Knie". Arglos bestellten wir große Biere und Salat sowie Bruschetta und fielen alle rein. Bruschetta für 8,- € war EINE Scheibe Baguette-Brot mit Dominosteingroßen Tomatenstücken und etwas Olivenöl. Der Salat ein Witz!. Eine Hand voll Tomaten und Eisbergsalatblättchen und dann auch noch mit braunem Rand (also alt)! für 9,-€. Hinten über fielen wir aber als wir für das große Bier 18,- € zahlen sollten. Das es auf Capri sehr teuer ist, ist die eine Sache aber das ist Wucher (in Deutschland strafbar).
Nachdem sich meine Begleiterin lautstark über den Salat beschwerte, kam man innerhalb von 2 Min. (!!) mit einem zweiten Salatteller (diesmal frisch) und Bruschetta an den Tisch. Das ist um so bemerkenswerter, als dass wir vorher fast 30 Min. auf die Speisen gewartet hatten.
Dieses Lokal ist eine Frechheit hoch drei! Ich kann nur alle hiervor warnen.
Favorite place on a Saturday in Capri. They give incredible wine recommendations and have live music on Saturdays (maybe other days too?). Great service. Love it here and it is a little hidden.
Fell in love with the first glance as they say. Best drinks and atmosphere so far and my biggest compliment to the music taste!
One of my favorite spots in Capri! It’s really non-cliché place in Capri (people who know Capri know what I mean) And really great value price, the cocktails and wines are of super good quality! I saw some reviews saying this place is a ripoff, which is seriously not the case. Capri is not a cheap destination, if you are used to prices of Spanish islands, yes, here is not cheap. But the owners are super lovely, and prices are fair. Try to come on Saturday night when there’s live music!
If you don't like clichés and prefer a modern, relaxed, urban environment, come here. Great wines, great cocktails, extremely friendly owners and, on Saturdays, quality music!
Ps Capri is one of the most expensive towns in Italy. The guys at yuu bar have prices aligned with the rest of the island, but they always offer outstanding quality.
