Nice atmosphere, busy for a Wednesday night, staff were extremely attentive, food was amazing, highly recommend.
A very authentic Thai restaurant. Beautiful interior, relaxing, charming and cosy. Great customer service and delicious food!
Amazing food, nice ambiance and quick and friendly service.
Love decor and a nice welcome. Food was lovely but it came out slow. We were waiting an hour for starters but they refilled the prawn crackers for us to nibble on and attentive for drinks etc. Staff were lovely and the younge girl serving was fab! Food was very good. I had sweet and sour sea bass which was lovely with fab sticky rice. My friend had the brandy beef which was the winner of the night. Although it had a 2 chilli rating for hotness, it was actually quite mild. We would go back and would recommend.
Walked in and when we was sat down to our table, the menus were thrown in-front of us.
We were absolutely freezing (everyone on the other table had their coats on)so we asked if we could have the heater on, the woman working sighed and puffed as if it was a ridiculous request, she put the heater on and as we said “thank you” she just walked off and sighed and puffed again, we couldn’t believe the rudeness of the woman so we simply walked out in disgust.
A real shame as the food looked and sounded lovely and was going to spend roughly around £100 but was not going to be treated like that.
Me and my hubby and trying to do our bit supporting small business during this strange time and decided to get a thai take away from here. Ive eaten in the restaurant before so know how good it can be but I have to say that the take away was standard given that we paid £35 for mixed starter for 2, 2 mains and plain rice. Nice enough but dont think its all fresh. Not sure I'd order take away again but will be back for the restaurant when it reopens.
2nd time visiting. 1st time food was lovely but service very poor. We put this down to what was obviously a new waiter. Tonight poor food, very poor service. Our table was the only one not to get prawn crackers, no plates with the starters and a wrong order despite staff taking "number orders". Staff not very attentive and the food was a let down! £90 for less than average ????
2 stars because on the positive side, our waitress asked us specifically about three use of oyster sauce and fish broth in vegetarian items before we started eating. Our entire family is ovo-lacto-veg, and we were shocked to find out that all the items labeled as vegetarian here used these items. That was the big negative deduction, the misleading labels. So just be careful if you are full vegetarian, as this restaurant does not alter their recipe to remove the non vegetarian components. We left frustrated, but also glad that our waitress was honest. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy however, another plus, and the staff were very polite but just unwilling to budge on the non vegetarian components. Hope this helps!
