sorry but not a good experience for us. Was given a pick up date for a full service on the car but they never turned up or answered text messages on the date or afterwards (don't bother trying to get through on the mobile number). No explanation or replies since. Just left us hanging. Shocking
Owner Steve was fantastic with me and the job I needed doing. When no one else would help, he did and then charged a very fair price despite knowing I was in a jam. Clearly experienced and trustworthy. Will use exclusively from here on in.
Very impressed - amazing service. Came in to repair my handbreak (following an MOT test) which I thought may have been a big job, but was all done within an hour at a very reasonable price. They also fixed an issue with my bonnet free of charge. Can't recommend them highly enough, I will be using Zerak for my MOT + all other works going forward. Great experience.
Excellent service. I went in with a flat tyre and the lovely chap (whose name I didn't get - sorry!) examined it and found it didn't actually have a puncture. He tested it in water and checked to see it didn't lose any air overnight. Then gave it back to me and refused to take any money for his trouble. I'm definitely coming back for my MOT!
They have done my MOT and also replaced my car battery. Both times they were incredibly efficient and booked me in almost immediately, and the car was ready the same day.
They also came out to my house nearby and jump-started my car without any extra charges and helped me get it into the garage for repairs.
Incredibly professional, fast and efficient service and very reasonable prices. I would definitely use them in the future. They are just fantastic!
I had my MOT done yesterday and it was amazing, I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon, so fast. Lovely man working there, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this garage, great value for money! Thank you so much again
Booked an MOT appointment since 3 weeks before the date via phone. When I came for the appointment, the guy said that I was not in the system. Their network was down, and all of their appointments disappeared! The thing is, they didn't let me know beforehand to re-arrange my appointment. I have to go there to find it out myself! I ended up booking an appointment with another garage.
Fitted me in last minute for my MOT done a great job sorting it out quickly and were super helpful on any advisories. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will be back again next year!
