Very honest & trustworthy guys. They came from a recommendation after a previous expensive non repair of my car aircon. They explained each step of the process in the search for the leak and how they could repair, and the final invoice was much less £’s than expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you guys!

I was recommended to use them by a friend, and have so far used the gents at Young & Pollock for servicing, MOT & a today I had new clutch for my little Mini Camden. I got my coolant topped up free of charge this morning, the reception gentleman was nice.
Visited Young and Pollock in regards to water in the footwell of a 2012 BMW 730d. The gentleman took his to speak to me, asked me to send him a video of I cannot bring the car and one I got the car to him, gave me extensive advice. I was told about a manufacturing fault and advised on what to do.
In summary: I was not booked in because they felt it would no do justice to the problem and financial outlay would not make sense.
Very knowledgeable about BMW and extremely well mannered and honest people.
Conclusion: BMW issue, visit Young & Pollock.
