Not happy with this Youna patisserie at all, their staff at the cashier and bread maker are nice. However the cake baker ruined my engagement cake 2 years ago and today they ruined my birthday cake.... The cake is actually falling apart is like is melting and the decoration is unacceptable as if they couldn't be bothered. This is the last time I'm ordering or buying anything from this patisserie, even their cream rollet was dry.
I ore-ordered 2 birthday banana and walnut cakes for 2 separate days. I picked up the first cake on a Saturday. 4 hours after pick up we decided to cut and eat it. The cake was all frozen on the inside, everyone thought it was an ice-cream cake.
I went to pick up the second cake the next day. I informed the lady working there about the frozen cake from the day before and she was questioning me.. as if it's hard to know when something is frozen. She insisted everything is fresh, although it's hard to believe how a frozen cake can be fresh.
The second cake wasn't much better; this time the inside of the cake was all gooey and black (the banana had turned colour) it looked really bad.
For £30 a cake you would expect much better! Total of £60 thrown down the drain. Not buying cake from them ever again.
Such an amazing Patisserie & Bakery! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. The food we bought tastes amazing! I would 100000% recommend! So fresh and tasty!!!!!
Please, Please label the price for every item you are selling, You are selling the cakes but there is no price we have to ask for every item how much is that, how much is this! respect the customer with showing the price of each item don't make this doubt that you have different prices for every single person! Also, why you are receipt is not clear and its vague with not mention the title of each item you are selling with the weight and we have to ask for the receipt every time and you only trying to give us the payment receipt not detailed shopping receipt! I will come back next time if I see you have priced everything selling with clear receipt will remove this review otherwise it would be good to keep it as expecting respect when I am paying money and also please do not ask for cash let's people feel free when they are paying not forcing them to pay by cash. Just show the price of each item, (narahat shodim vaghti az hamkaretoon miporsid cheghadr beheshoon gheimat dadi!!! never seen like that!! in UK!)

The most delicious persian treats ever. Quite affordable and many different flavours. I always get my shirini from here!!
Amazing and non amazing.. it’s abit of 50/50 on my score sheet. Certain items very much overpriced. Went in to for a quick take away to treat a friend coming home. Few items got left behind as they were slightly hard for pateseries.
Great customer service! Very clean and organised. Great service from Zahra...keep it up.
