Visited here at around 9 in the night and asked for chicken pieces but was told there's no chicken available, I asked if there's any down in the fryer getting cooked I can wait but I was told Aggressively that chicken is finished for the day only chicken wings and burgers available and I decided to buy 10 wings & a Fillet Tower/Supreme Burger. While my order was getting prepared a customer walked in and asked for chicken and he was told that it would take about 12 minutes and the customer decided to wait, funny thing I could have been told the same but nope anyhow wasn't really impressed with the chicken wings because of the excessive red colour which I think at least the fried chicken should not have. The burger was ok with lettuce which clearly had past it's good time.
Them Complementary 2oz Tubs of Sauces were Literally Just Empty Tubs.
All in All wasn't really impressed with the service and food either. Might Come Visit This Place Again but Not Very Soon.
We love YFC, it's reliable, affordable and tasty and never lets us down. There are loads of offers on and it's always busy too with locals which is a sign of a good establishment. Yes it's not fancy or gourmet but you can get a variety box which can easily feed 2 and includes a fillet burger, fries, wings, donner and a drink for £5.50.
The donner and fries are elite, the fries are always fresh and you can choose to salt them yourself. Plenty of sauces available for free and the donner is very thinly sliced if you like that (we do).
Honourable mention to their wraps as well. £1.99 each.
The staff are friendly and attentive. Other similar takeaways can often be a bit chaotic but the queues are always orderly and my order has never been messed up.
Try the shop next door. Visited the shop after 2 years and I was disappointed. Chicken burgers use to be thick, moist and perfect.
This time it was completely opposite. Chicken was just covered in batter with hardly any chicken in. Look at the picture and you ll know what I am taking about.
Tried the shop next door and food was way nicer and very very reasonable prices too.

PATHETIC!!! Ordered chicken strips/ goujons, paid £4 and came home to find stale burger fillet (burger costs £3.50) cut up into strips??!!!

If I wanted this, I would've ordered a burger and binned the bread! Cut up the fillet myself.
Going to report to trading standards for misleading customers because what they display and promote as chicken strips are the fried chicken goujons, as they should be, but sneakily put this instead.
Excellent value fur money , great taste too as well !

They've been ok in the past, but this time the chicken fillet burger was awful ! Way too salty and the portion was so pathetically small and just tasted awful! Won't go back in a hurry.
