If you live near hayes and want proper help with your career Yeading dental care is the best place as everyone’s friendly and knowledgeable they explain with such great care it made me feel like home and that everyone was like family
I had to move as it was far away but if I had to move to hayes I’d definitely join them again❤️❤️
Dr. Ali from Yeading Dentist Care is fantastic! He's a skilled dentist who made my experience comfortable and painless. The staff was friendly, I highly recommend Dr. Ali a definite great dentist!
Polite and friendly receptionist, short waiting time. Didn't feel judged on my dental health, dentist gave full options of treatments and a quick professional checkup and clean.
** AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS**
If you like to be spoken to with respect, this is not the dentist for you! He is a very aggressive and rude person, and should not be working in a role where he providing health care to the public. After reading the other reviews on Google, I can see he treats everyone like this.
The only saving grace was the lovely receptionist who seemed ashamed to be working him- I am sorry you have to be around him every day and I hope you find somewhere else to work in a happier environment where you are appreciated.
Amazing experience! The dentist and nurse provided excellent care and were very polite. The receptionist was also extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Had my first consultation today and I was a bit nervous because of some negative review I read. I'll admit I have not seen a dentist in the past 10 years and unfortunately neglected my oral hygiene, however the doctor was straight with me and told me that by taking action now I can save my teeth and gums. I went there convinced that NHS free treatment would cover everything but the doctor told me what is actually covered and what not and ask me to chose. Not too much talk but I enjoyed the overall experience and will continue treatment with this dentist.
Absolutely horrible, terrible services. Clueless receptionist that doesn't know what she's doing and a horrible dentist that doesn't want to even communicate with you after you're finished with your appointment.
I had an appointment last week, a week later I noticed my gum ripped off to a point where my root was showing. I told the receptionist that I'd like to quickly speak with the dentist and all they done was tell me to book yet another appointment when I only wanted a simple quick query. I have my own plans to get braces done again, I don't know whether my gum is too weak to get it done, but unfortunately I have to put up with this terrible service to where I can't make any plans because this place is too incompetent to give simple advice. It is silly to pay for another appointment so soon for something so small that is minor yet significant. I told her how awful these services are and the receptionist told me 'That's your opinion'. Well all the other reviews on this page back up my point,
EDIT:- The receptionist did indeed call me back to inform that she was mistaken. The dentist does indeed do query appointments without charge, soon after your check-ups. I have bumped the rating to a 2, although a 2.5 would be most preferably if Google would have allowed me.
Money grabber shouldn't take money from NHS patients dentist needs reporting and replacing
