I loved everything about this place.
I had been there for almost 2 weeks and I can't wait to come back!
The location is peaceful, quiet and totally relaxing. The center is within walking distance (10-15min).
I felt super comfortable and welcome.
I recommend it for a 100%. The bungalows were basic but had all you need. The bathrooms were always clean.

We started with three nights and must have extended our stay 4 times. Our favourite place we've stayed in two months of travel. Lots of common spaces to hang out, work, socialize, or watch the sunset. Somehow the best price and best sleeps we've had in Thailand.
Een aantal dagen vooraf boekten we de kamer via hostelworld. Blij dat we nog een kamer met tweepersoons bed in een guesthouse hadden kunnen vinden voor oudjaarsavond. Toen we arriveerden, bleek er een dubbele boeking te zijn. Hier had ze ons blijkbaar over geïnformeerd, maar enkel en alleen via een mail die in onze spambox beland was. Op hostelworld is de boeking nooit geannuleerd en ook via die app is er geen bericht gestuurd. De vrouw interesseerde het blijkbaar allemaal niks. Ze deed nauwelijks moeite om een alternatief verblijf voor ons te vinden, lachtte ons min of meer uit of was met andere dingen bezig. We mochten wel 2 nachten op de banken buiten slapen zei ze. Zelfs een sorry was te veel gevraagd voor dit mens dat raar met haar gasten omgaat en naar hen schreeuwt.
Nu brengen we oud en nieuw door op een slaapzaal in een ander hostel, die we overigens zelf hebben moeten zoeken.
En verwacht niet dat je hier contact met anderen zal hebben hier. Ze zei letterlijk: "people don't want to meet other people here".
You don't need more than these simple huts, it's clean, you have a nice view and the whole place is so nice and green. The owner is very welcoming and cares for her guests. I extended my stay two times, because I didn't want to leave :)
I spent three nights here and had a reasonable stay for the price I paid. I stayed in a shared-bathroom bungalow, paying 400 Baht per night. Sleeping in the fresh air and waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning was fantastic. Free water, WiFi, and bananas were provided. If I come to Pai again, I would stay here again.
Doesn't get much better than this. Beautiful location amongst the rice fields. Family run so it feels super homely. Ended up extending by almost a week! I had a scooter accident and the owners helped me up, cleaned my wounds and took care of me. Very grateful!
Can’t stay enough amazing things about this place! Waking up on the most beautiful property surrounded by mountains and rice fields, it’s quite the peaceful experience! Mink and her family set up such an amazing home stay with so many areas to chill and hang out. My favorite homestay I’ve stayed at in the last 6 months of traveling! Cannot wait to go back :)
