I was recommended to this butchers by my sister when visiting her , I will definitely return every time I'm in the area ,and stock up ,the best meat I've ever had ,the selection was fabulous ,and the staff went above and beyond ,the service was amazing thank you ,
My husband brought flowers for my 70th birthday this morning. How could any shop assistant let a person purchase mould infested virtually dead flowers .On saying that when I took them back the shop assistant was very kind .Unfortunately the manager was very unhelpful. not even a sorry .she said she could not refund the money as my husband did not want a recipe .I didn't won't more rotten Flowers . Thank you for my very unhappy Birthday day .
A quaint shop with a bit of everything, including postal service and amazing butcher selections. Coffee and danish made for a nice breakfast. Such a kind and welcoming staff. I enjoyed listening to the staff show genuine care for each and every customer.
Very good local shop and butchers. Prices a bit more than big supermarkets but you would expect that. Shop has a wide variety of products, all that you need.
Post office is incorporated inside shop.
Spent £26 on a leg of lamb and it was awful. I will never purchase anything from them again.
These guy's are superb. So friendly and helpful as are all the people who work in the shop. Opening hours are excellent for a local store and the products are varied and priced well.
Quality of the meat from the butchers is excellent.
The most amazing village shop and butchers (PO counter too). The butcher's has a massive range of quality products and the shop is really well stocked. All topped of by the friendliest staff, how lovely to be served by someone who clearly enjoys providing excellent service - so rare in this day and age.
If you happen to be staying at the CAMC site up the road don't miss this little gem and support a local independent business.
It's a friendly well stocked shop andpost office with a quite impressive butchers section. Reasonable cheap wine and beer. Tins/biscuits and the usual stuff. Not much of a fresh veg selection. It's always worth a rummage through the "bargain / out-of-date" basket by the checkout.
