After them sending the wrong order l rang to let them know and got accused of lying even though the girl who wrote down the order said I was right. They finally said they would send it out to us on our next order but that's a bit to late as a was unable to eat anything from the order we received. We would never use them again after the treatment they gave us and after being loyal customers for at least a couple of years.
I placed an order via deliveroo and waited 3 hours for delivery. It was cold and soaked in grease. No apologies from them nothing. £43 just thrown away
1st you think you ordering 1 mega spring rool and arrives 4 small sprig rools
2nd the rice is mixed with soya and egg but no tast of the burn smoked wok. Tasteless
3rd the Duck was small peaces with more fat than Duck
4rt The pork on 2 of my dishes was hard. Like been in the fridge for a few days and tried to be warmed up. Big fails.
5t the Special ChowMein was nodles with soya and they dropped the cold meats in the top.
6th the meat was missing that texture from a Chinese style.
7. Big mistake
Sorry just 2 photos because I gave it to by dogs. I would recommend if you have dogs.
Love this place. Bit out of my way, but go if I’m near by. Food is very tasty and a very good selection on menu.
Ordered for the first time and will not be going back. Rice was like a big ball of rice! So greasy! Most of it went in the bin!

I often order from here as we have always had nice food. However I ordered duck pancakes and the box was pretty much empty. I rang them to let them know and ask for another duck to be sent out, they said no we ain't gun a do nothing about it and then refused to give us a refund. The attitude is disgusting and we are truly disappointed at the lack of customer service and care. Will not be returning
Never Again! Over a 2 hour wait, rang up to be told the delivery driver had to go home to use the toilet. Paid 40 for order and all of it was cold and they did not give me a refund or replacement, all of it went in the bin and went else where which also turned out to be rubbish as well, so spent £80 in one night. It was such an awful night
