Best KPortal Reviews
After a day of traveling and sightseeing, I just wanted to go someplace close to the hotel for a burger and beer. The place is large and fairly crowded. Brandon was the bartender and did an excellent job. The Bison Burger and Tots were awesome. Needless to say, the beer variety was very good.
We went to this place for the first time while working in the area. I got the PBJ burger with fries and the burger was different and delicious! Fries were a little on the greasy side, but still good. My husband got the Philly Cheesecake and was disappointed because it was way too salty. We also got dessert with one being Peanut Butter Cheesecake which was okay, very rich but nothing special, and I got the Spiced Apple and Pecan Galette which was not as good as I anticipated. There wasn't enough sauce on the Galette in my opinion, the pastry part very was dry. Overall I think it's a great place for a unique hamburger.
My wife and I were just passing thru Casper when we tried this on a whim. Glad we did! We went back the very next day for round 2! We didn't get burgers the second time and kinda regretted it because it was sooo good the first night hard to beat it. The second day, The pasta was forgettable but as for my wife's Cuban sandwich, it was a tasty solid choice, we both kept reminising on Our burger from the night before. I got the hangover and my wife got the black and bleu. Try the sauce that comes with the fried green tomatoes with your fríes, game changer.
Location is great, easy access and plenty of parking. Food is good and what you’d expect. Atmosphere is inviting and has a good western vibe. Great place to watch a game and have a few beers.
The server was good. Food was alright. I ordered the Cobb salad with salmon instead of turkey. The Bleu cheese dressing was good. However, the salad had WAY too much. The salmon was overcooked by far. The egg roll appetizer was good, they just needed to tone down the salt. The dip that was paired was a little too spicy. Was seated in about 5 mins, so that was nice.
Great service. Checked on several times before and after the main course.
I highly recommend the Prime Rib and The Chicken Fried Steak.
Worth every penny!
I enjoyed lunch and a beer here on a stop driving from northern Colorado to Billings, MT. The menu looked great but I just ordered some loaded nachos — yummy! — and a hazy IPA service was quick and friendly, and I wished I could have enjoyed another pint before getting back on the road, but no.
Great food, reasonably priced. Get the Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp! So good. Also we LOVED the Beef Tips. On a cold day it doesn't get much better than that comfort.
Lots of draft beers options although they were out of many at one visit. Of the 2 times we've visited, the first we had excellent service and second not so much. Definitely will return.
