Bought a used car from here and the whole experience was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The car was fully checked before handover and has driven back home with no issues at all. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I didn't go to see "specialist cars" but to pick up my own car after repairs.
UK Select's standard of service is excellent and so is the valeting. I knew that the car would be cleaned but didn't expect it to be polished as well.
My husband -Gerry-and son went there today.Paul was fantastic-he answered various questions on the phone over the last few days even though he must have had at least 3 separate calls from us!! They had travelled over 100 miles to view a car that they purchased today.Paul sorted out various things that were identified to him and went above and beyond to ensure these were completed to everyone’s satisfaction. A really nice personable guy who puts the customer first. Thoroughly recommended.Thank you.

Seems to be a good Idea, because of the nice and Kind Way , we were treated by the Manager David. No Problem to get an nice TestDrive with the 2008 BMW X3.
I would say, i was feeling treated very well, even if i did Not buy the X3.

Having discussed the vehicle I was hoping to buy at length on the phone, I drove 45 minutes only to discover on a test drive that the hand brake didn't work. I pointed this out as I returned the keys. "Oh yes, I was aware of that" came the reply (!) So thanks a bundle for wasting a Saturday morning. Deeply unimpressed.
Dealt with Wye Valley to test drive a number of 4x4 with a great range of both new and used vehicles fully serviced and road ready. Awesome customer service willing to be flexible to my needs and do a deal on my chosen vehicle.
Terrible service. Resprayed my bumper with the wrong shade. Tried to say it was due to the material it was made of. When i pointed out the the other bumper didnt have that problem they said. So you want us the spray it the same colour as the other bumper? YES! WHAT OTHER COLOUR WOULD YOU PAINT IT. Not even an apology just denial. The worst possible response. Preferred by the insurance companies. Cant be for their attention to detail.
Booked a test drive ,a couple of days before I arrived. Told to go on a test drive for as long as I wanted.Looked at fuel gauge ,empty.Got less than a mile up the road ,car goes into lymph mould.Had to call David out,he arrives in my car ,which I had left at the garage.Very surprised and disappointed that the car hadn't been checked over before I had travelled for the test .
