It's a nice and correct travel company. We booked a bus + ferry ticket online. Everything was all right. And on top of that, if you arrive with an early train, you can have a decent meal or coffee while you wait for your bus.
Had a 4 hour wait for my train so stopped here for a meal. I ordered rice with Morning Glory (in USA is called Chinese watercress or Chinese spinach). It was perfect and delicious, with an appropriate proportion. I was hesitant bc of the low review score, but upon further reading that seems to be about the travel part of the business and unrelated to the restaurant. I’m glad I took the chance!

I should have listened to the review of this travel agency. it's truly a terrible experience!
We're going from surat thani train station to phuket by minivan with phantip agency from wut travel. On 12go it says it goes 7 times a day, 8.00, 9.00, 10.00 and so on. We arrived 1.30 at night, waited until 4.30 for it to open, booked two tickets to phuket (300 baht each / a 4 hour journey). The lady said it goes 8.30 and the man at the register said 8.45. They constantly say "its late a bit", 15 more minutes, 5 more, 30 more. The minivan finally arrives at 10 am fully packed with people and ALOT of boxes filling every small crevasses of the bus. We had to sit with our feet on a box, we had our knees up to our chests. After only 10 minutes I had to tell the driver that this is not ok. He switched around things like tetris and had to pile up boxes in front of the main slide door to fit everything. Then he made some calls outside the van looking concerned, (my guess is probably to let someone know there's no more room for picking up cargo for other people).
We're still on our way so I will update on how the ride was when we've arrived.
Unfortunately I don't know any other way to get to phuket from here, but I would strongly recommend ANYTHING ELSE than this company.

ランタ島までのミニバン
1名600バーツ(現在2500円)
朝6時頃市内行きローカルバスは既に運行してた
市内のバスターミナルから180バーツでランタ島行きがある事は知ってたけど、時間が分からず、早朝でだったのでここのツアーデスクを利用した
説明では
600バーツ
8時出発
ランタ行きのフェリー乗り場到着
フェリーに50バーツ
そこからメインの島まではソウテウで50〜100バーツで行ける
と説明があった
実際は
8:40くらい出発
スラタニーバスターミナルのオフィスでバン乗り換えで更に少し待った
フェリー乗り場到着
50バーツ支払う
フェリー降りた場所は誰に聞いてもソウテウなし
タクシーの呼び込みもいない
タクシー300バーツでメイン島のフェリーポートまでって声かけられるけど、ほとんどいない…
たまたまタクシーって言ってくれる人がいたら300バーツ払うか、ヒッチハイクするかしかない
年末だからか、観光客はうじゃうじゃいるのに
フェリー降りた場所では1人旅パッカーは全然いない
(300バーツ払って、もしフェリー乗り場で降りたら、島移動はタクシーしかないので
フェリー乗り場からロングビーチ辺りまで150バーツかかります)
チケットサイトで前日までにチケットを買う方が安い
ちなみにこの隣は12 asia goに出てる会社
ネット購入だと600バーツくらいで掲載してるけどカウンターだと900から安くして850バーツって言われた(メイン島のフェリーポート到着)
当日はネット購入出来ないしこの値段らしい..
とにかく、このWut Travelは
バンでも乗り換えが必要だったし、結局9時過ぎての出発だった
急いでない人は市内のバスターミナルに行って180バーツでチケット購入しましょう
市内行きバスは駅を出て左手10mにいる
カオソックやプーケット行きはスラタニー駅出た右手向かい30mくらいにローカルバスがある
それでもツアーデスクのバンを使いたい人は事前ネット予約するか、寝台で快適にスラタニーに来れる鉄道移動を諦めてバンコクから深夜バスで頑張ろう
Wifi 使えるし、オフィスの男性は感じ良いので星は2つにしておきます
Had a wait for the train. This food was some of the best by far in Thailand. And they have a lot to choose from as well! The fried shrimp and fried rice was amazing!
Great service with icy cold beer which was welcomed with the heat. Ate pad krapow, chicken cashew & morning glory. All tasty and really well cooked. Was a top choice before we boarded our sleeper train. Really recommend ????
