Worst cab company by and far. I have requested rides multiple times, they never answer their phone calls, routinely taking on average an hour or more just to answer the phone, have waited upwards of 3 hrs for them to never show up and not return calls. If you need a ride DO NOT use this company. Worthless and unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe how awful they really are.
I called several times, but no answer from both phone numbers and the cabs are never on time so I’ve been taking Lyft or Uber
My ride well worth it, cars and driver make a point to not personal, but care, kudos ????????????
Called for a ride they said they would be there in 30 minutes. The driver never showed up and no one would answer the phone when I tried to call back several times
Doesn't come when they say they will, then ignore your calls after they dont.
Do not use if you need a reliable ride. My boyfriend has used this cab almost everyday to get to and from school. There has been days where he’s gotten out of school at 2:40 which is an hour before regular school gets out and been waiting there till all the buses have came and gone. When he uses it to get to school he is more often late then not. The usual wait time is 30min-1.5hr you never know. Wouldn’t use this ever to get to work or appointments where you can’t be late.
Do not recommend this company. Tried getting a ride for a vulnerable adult who can't use rideshare apps. They told me 30 min. 45 min later I called and they said "just a few for minutes." 15 min later, no ride. Repeated calls to any of their numbers were subsequently not answered. First call placed at 10:47 pm. Ride showed up at 12:11. For those of you keeping count that's an hour longer than they said.
Normally this cab company is pretty alright. Until I had to wait over an hour for a cab. I understand it can get busy. But when the driver finally came after 1hr 15min, he said he was just told about my call. Also i had called twice after the first initial call. Dispatch said oh he should be right there. I called agian 20 mins later, dispatch said the same thing. Even went as far as saying they just talked to the driver and said itll be there in a min. I waited 23 more minutes until a cab finally arrived.
