Best KPortal Reviews

Mandy on reception was very nice helped me tremendously. Dr Bennett assisted me with my problem very professional and empathetic gave me hope!
Jane is prescription's you are clearly in the wrong job with your attitude, lack of empathy, and zero patient care skills!!!!! The amount of reviews about the disgusting way these people treat patients !!!!! Clearly desperate for staff to keep people like Jane employed !!!!!!
The worst place ever! Doctors are always helpful (that's if you can get through to them) but receptionist staff are not friendly, need to learn basic manners and taught how to deal with clients in the appropriate manner! Front desk staff have it in them to want to argue with you(not all of them) but a few, and a certain member of the front desk (jacky) has a stinking attitude! And again loves an argument, many of occasions now I ve had the suprise of her, and its not on! I.e this morning (not the first time) triggered me, and it escalated extremely quickly, spent more time trying to fight my corner than them just actually taking a piece of paper of me for medication I have to take! Disrespectful and bang out of order! I never feel comfortable and this is the main people I have to deal with to get my medication. Currently trying to move surgery's due to the absalute hell I get from this place. Avoid if you can!
Never seem to have a problem here. Staff are friendly and the nurse(s) are thorough. I find I can get an appointment quicker via askmygp
Unfriendly unhelpful receptionist today. I have now booked for a Saturday appointment online taking up a space for someone who needs to see a doctor more than me as all I wanted was a repeat of my usual tablets that i was sure I had another weeks supply of but haven't (easy mistake) how hard is it to ask the chemist to give you a couple of days of tablets until they can FIND a doctor to issue a script ? I explained that 4 days is too long for me to go without. So much for mental health care .
The rudest receptionists I've ever come across!! I Was waiting in the reception to get one of them to help/notice me but I had to wait for them to have a conversation about what cakes they were eating that day, then when I did get noticed all I got was '' name''... They Need retraining on basic manners on the telephone and face to face on how to speak to there patients who let's face it don't really want to be at the Dr's let alone leave feeling like you are a burden!! Disgrace
I telephoned Worle Health Centre yesterday to find out about registering as a new patient as I am totally disgusted with my current surgery out at St George's. The receptionist I spoke to was very friendly, professional and helpful. I look forward to becoming a patient at this surgery. Thank you!
Highest praise for Dr. Johnson who gave my wife Janet the very best care after her heart attack last July and follow up care last week. A first class Doctor. Thank you.
Thanks also to the wonderful nurse on duty that day who sat with us and was very calming. Thank you.
