This garage, WAS, the best in Worksop for customer service. The receptionist used to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. On 3 occasions, when ringing in the last 6 months, the response has been abrupt and unhelpful. My price request for quoted works, felt like a big ask and a burden to the receptionist. This was the garage to go to, and highly recommended. I have been taking my car here for a few years. It's a shame, as a buisness owner, i see the value in supporting local, independent businesses.
Had some work carried out on my campervan and this place is highly recommend by myself as the mechanics are very professional and the lady called Karen who was on reception was extremely helpfull and very friendly to myself and my dog Billy.
After my 1st visit to Worksop Testing Centre, I will not be using any other vehicle garages apart from this one.
