Took back used asthma pumps to the pharmacy. As I didn't purchase it from here they didn't take them back. Asked where to put them as I moved away? The advise was to chuck it in the bin...
I'm guessing that's safe ?
Update: reply from pharmacy is misleading to say the least... They did say these words :"Chuck it in the bin".
Went in to buy something for Migraines which I've bought many times and got told it wasn't for Migraines by the so called Pharmacist and I pointed out it that it even says on the box it for this and his reply was it's not for Migraines they've got it wrong on the box, I said isn't that false advertising, to him saying just sell him a box, my suggestion is get a Pharmacist that knows what he's doing, in future I'll stick with Manton Pharmacy lot more helpful and there Pharmacist know what there over the counter drug's are for.
My daughter & son in law rang up this so called pharmacy for my 1 year old Granddaughter a spray. They said that it was in stock but closed at 9pm. They arrived as expected at 8.56 after a 30 minute drive straight from the walk in centre to find the staff/pharmacist locking the door. My son in law could not get them to change their mind leaving them a 30 minute drive back with a sick 1 year old in the car & then had to go and find the medication from elsewhere.
This pharmacy is excellent, they were so worried about my husbands strength of medication they even rang the ???? to check it out as my husbands being treated for cancer they were really great. Weve just moved here and I am very pleased with our new pharmacy
I have been using this pharmacy for years even before it moved around to bridge street, they are really good with my prescriptions always on time and everything is sorted out for me really quickly if ever there is a problem, their opening hours are great too, i can not recommend them enough.
Never known any pharmacy and all staff to be so useless. Ordered my monthly medication. They refuse to do them even though I sent the request day before. So when you do it on Systm online it says ready to collect next working after 2pm. It’s never done and they refuse to do them. I need my meds hence why i order them
I needed some medication for my daughter. So looked online to see if this pharmacy was open. It states its 24hours Mon to Fri.. So drove all the way at 11:30pm... You shouldn't state you are open 24 hours if you are not... Very disappointed
Just been to Worksop pharmacy and asked if I could buy an empty syringe to feed my poorly dog and they were BRILLIANT I want to say thank you so much he has had his first drink since Friday evening and his medication by syringe thank you for being so kind and helpful
