Most disorganised pharmacy in Oxfordshire.
There are some friendly staff, but others should not be allowed to work with the public, they act like they are doing a favor, very rude.
Travelled from Banbury for a flujab. Only to be told they are too busy and short staffed! Appalling service. Why offer a service you cannot deliver.
Tried to fill my prescription for antibiotics here, and obstacle after obstacle was put in my way. Ultimately I had to get it filled elsewhere, where it was done quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss. The staff at this pharmacy treat everyone with suspicion and don't seem to have any understanding that people come to them with prescriptions because the prescribed medicines resolve sometimes life-threatening health problems, they are not there to get prescriptions filled for fun.
What a well stocked pharmacy --- I needed an urgent private prescription for antibiotics for my poorly 17-year-old daughter, and this was accommodated and turn round really quickly. Woodstock pharmacy also had every over the counter medicine and treatment for the incremental nightmare that is severe seasonal allergy and atopy.
Friendly, knowledgeable, engage staff. The only reason I can't give this five stars is the nightmare that is parking in Woodstock....

Dysfunctional business. Sick friend put in a repeat request circa 2 weeks ago. Apparently the request won’t be actioned until someone physically attends the pharmacy, after which it enters a queue to be fulfilled. In our case, next day.
Don’t answer phone calls either. Unacceptable. Recommend my friend uses an online pharmacy. Place the order and it arrives at your door a few days later. Avoid this business if you can.
Just had a work place flu vaccine with Arvand from the Woodstock Pharmacy. Very smooth, efficient and much recommended.
First time I have used this pharmacy and very efficient, very friendly and polite. Was after some antibiotics called several chemists in Oxford no luck but they had stock thank goodness. Will definitely be using them again. Worth the trip to Woodstock.
Terrible service always chasing medication for my elderly parents. They can never get it right!!!!
