The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The service is efficient and quick, this is so great especially if you are such in a rush. Will always recommend this pharmacy!
My usual pharmacy couldnt get my meds, not even able to order them. Left me in a panic ringing round pharmacys as i was short. Woodside were the only ones able to get it for me and not only that i ordered them after lunchtime and got the full prescription the next day. All staff were friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much!
Disgraceful, no regard to patient medical needs and urgency. My script was supposed to be ready on 6th Nov. Having run out of medication for pain and being in absolute agony I sent my carer to collect. They stated not ready come back later. I told my carer to explain the urgency. Again he was told that he would need to come back. I phoned them to again explain the urgency, which they argued and continued to ignore. I told them that my carer would wait for them to make it up as I was unable to return later. Again, they was awkward. Eventually they made my meds up. The following day, Jaz called me telling me off for bring rude to his ladies, referring to they had 400 other scripts and I'm not a priority and should not demand my medication. Despite me explaining I was in agony and in urgently needs of pain relief he continued to talk at me. I asked have you called me just to have ago at me, to which he replied go to another pharmacy. Resultibg in me hanging up unbelievable service with no regards to patient care or needs. Unhumain. I understand they are busy, but if a patient has a script and walks in with one they should meet this needs. To be ignored and refused despite explaining medical urgency is disgusting.
I moved to Woodside as Boots are closing, I had an emergency prescription that boots would have delt with as normal, however I selected Woodside only to find yesterday they closed early. My wife and I have moved to Tesco
I am surprised at some of the negative reviews I have read. I called in to the pharmacy today for some antibiotic eye drops. The young lady who served me was pleasant and polite, and the Pharmacist came and went to great lengths to explain how to use the prescription.
In total, a very pleasant experience, and I will certainly call again.

The staff are very friendly and I have no complaints ir worries about ly medication
I wish I could give less than one star. Most other pharmacies will give emergency prescriptions. This one won’t. They often mess up my partners prescription and even when he’s been in with a slip ALREADY SIGNED by the doctor, they still say it’ll be days before it’s ready. There is only one helpful member of staff in there. The rest don’t seem to care or are rude. Will definitely be changing as soon as possible!
