This used to be a really good pharmacy. I have been with them for over two decades, but the recent decline in service has been disheartening. The new staff member, whose name I do not know, she has displayed a disgusting attitude and disrespectful behavior , tarnishing the pharmacy's reputation.
Absolutely fantastic bunch of people, it’s been my regular pharmacy for years but after a minor surgery I had an open wound which required particular dressing and bandages which aren’t readily available in most pharmacies, one of the Pharmacist (Samra) spent nearly 45 minutes helping me locate and order the specific items which were delivered the next day, very professional and helpful staff, far better experience than most local pharmacies.
Terrible customer service especially from this dispenser woman think her name is Samra. What's worse is she has no idea she is speaking like that to all her customers. Very distressed and and alarmed by her attitude towards me as I now feel like I've lost trust in these pahramcies who are dealing with my elderly family members medication.

It is with great regret that I am writing this review. I have not written many review as I have never been treated like this. I have been treated with the utmost disrespect and with disregard that I am a human being. Your manager's attitude was disgusting and out and out rude. It must have been a Tring day for her but she has no rights to treat me like that. I hope your manager can redeem herself by treating patients properly from now on.

Absolutely shocking since the last management and pharmacist changed. Young rude, disrespectful staff/dispensers. Very slow even when there's no other patients. 2 occasions they just took my prescription and didn't even start processing and made me wait about half an hour, not only that they take your name & d.o.b and they just left mine on the front for anyone to see or take, luckily I noticed.
No apologies, no thanks. I'll take my services elsewhere, the store it self has dropped standards as well with cleaning hardly done in store and full of dust and dirt, shocking they stock health products.
I post with a heavy heart and have been using this pharmacy for years and my local. I truly hope management get there act together and sort the issues out.
Amazing pharmacy! They answer the phone so quickly and are so polite. My medication was out of stock everywhere but not only did they help me get it, but they were super respectful & supportive. I’ve been going there since, I cannot fault the service not team at all.
I see a few bad reviews & they really confuse me because management changes in most places, but as a new patient, I don’t think I could ever fault anything. 10/10
Moved new to the area so thought I'll use the pharmacy.
Never using them again, lady named Samra was very rude and arrogant especially with my elderly dad.
Can't belive pharmacies employ such people.
Disgusted.
